Pros
Good learning experience, the people are very helpful even if they aren't on your team. Small company means more responsibility which is good in terms of learning and experience
Cons
The company is very cheap when it comes to its workers. Did not have reimbursement for food or travel, did not have pay (I was an intern), did not even get compensated for my $300 payment to obtain OPT.
