The people are great and I love working and making friends with the people who work here with me. They will get you through the tough times as you are all in this hellscape together.

Everything else. Over the last few days and weeks the company has hired a new VP that has been dismantling everything that has been positively established before. There are various tricks being used to help buy your loyalty within the company. Upper management makes promises but never fulfill them. The folks on the lower decks are overworked and other departments would rather claim ownership over yours and belittle you till you are on the verge of quitting. On top of that, the CEO is an absolute coward. He is too up his own rear end that he doesn't see the forest beyond the trees. You only get 60 hours of PTO to be used every six months and if you are sick then you lose a full day of pay. There are Jewish holidays which the company is closed and you have no option other than to use that PTO to cover the time you are out of the office even if it is not your choice. If you use too much because god forbid you are sick, then you are reprimanded for it. People are being sent home because of how they are dressed as we speak which doesn't violate any guidelines. But hey, there are bananas every day! Do you like those because they have them! What about a wet soggy chicken sandwhich? Only one guy that I have talked to actually likes it. Everything here that is given to you has conditions. You'll maybe get a promotion here but they don't actually give you the pay bump for at least a year! Some termonology is also often misused. Job titles are designed to prevent you from moving to any other company too. Everything here is designed to screw you over every chance they get. This is a place where careers die. They burn you out until you are left with no other choice than to make a review warning others of how terrible this place is. I would have rather been fired with some sort of severence than deal with the changes of this absolute terrible company.
