Pros
The work was relatively easy and the atmosphere was typically laid-back. Nice office environment with free tea and biscuits.
Cons
If your face didn't fit then you wouldn't last long. There were regular discrepancies with salary and bonuses. There was a very high turnover of staff. There was no job-security and you could be told simply not to come in the next day without warning.
