Pros

The people are the biggest strength. BABLE has been built and is led by a genuinely international team that cares about the mission and is usually ready to step in when things get intense. There is a good amount of flexibility and trust, and you can shape your own work if you’re comfortable taking initiative. It’s a place where you learn fast, experiment and build things that actually get used by cities and companies. The mix of startup energy and maturing structures gives plenty of room to contribute beyond your job title.

Cons

The work can be stressful because the ambition is high, and everyone tends to work hard toward achieving the mission and going "above and beyond" when needed. The environment rewards self-advocacy, so if you’re not comfortable speaking up or navigating priorities, you might feel stretched. Upward mobility is limited simply because the company is still relatively small, but there are still many opportunities to learn and develop as a professional within individual roles. Some internal processes are still evolving, so things can feel a bit uncertain at times.

Pros

Worked in their Insights Team before and my manager and teammates were the best. High-performer athletes, really. I've got assigned to meaningful projects that actually helped me grow as a professional that I am now. Diverse and international company. I feel privileged to have been mentored by some of the smart folks in BABLE and their domain-specific knowledge about the industry is not something one can get just anywhere.

Cons

BABLE does a fantastic job leading industry conversations and staying visible through thought leadership but to truly stay ahead of the curve, it needs to figure out how to keep and grow its pipeline of technical talent through HR strat.
