Pros
BAC is a wonderful company that has built a strong foundation based on the customers experience. I also do like the work/life balance that comes with working here. I have worked at other financial institutions and I can truly say that here we follow the golden rule, we treat our customers the way we would like to be treated. It is a community bank so there are not many positions to move into, but if you do show interest in another position, they help you work towards it until that position opens up. As far as Benefits they do seem to be a bit high but I do know that might be do to powers beyond CEO and management. California is known for their skyrocketing packages.
Cons
As much as I love being here, sometimes I do wish we were off a bit earlier or even closed on Saturdays. We had an old time schedule which worked very well, especially on Saturdays when some branches were open from 9-12. Maybe we can have certain branches open certain times, the more busy branches open longer and the more quiet branches open earlier. I feel this would improve employee satisfaction with the company.
