Pros

Digital intelligence (consulting arm) - Good stepping stone for young graduates - Good opportunities to learn and grow for younger/mid level employees on fairly complex and highly regulated projects - unique domains you won't get in many other places (natsec, defence) - Lots of opportunities for certifications, this is a valuable thing to take advantage of - fantastic work life balance... work is mostly remote for consultants unless you're in a highly secure environment (sorry if you are!)

Cons

- This infrastructure internally is more like a government department, poor IT, very little consulting strategy, poor communication, siloes, nobody knows what anybody else is doing - account/resourcing for projects is bad... you will have to find your own way if you want to be resourced on a project, don't expect your experience to be reviewed...its about who you know. - account teams are not proactive when it comes to opportunities or resourcing - the constant reshuffling of the promotion process is atrocious, they still haven't worked out who/what they want to be, seems to be a constant moving of goalposts - senior stakeholders are invisible, and pretty inaccessible, majority of leadership is fairly out of touch unfortunately - there is a massive inability to read the room across leadership - pay is below market rate
