Projects with long timeframes, proper resourcing, great work-life balance, interesting projects, great team
Cons
IT and other equipment purchase orders took forever. It was hard to move up as the review process was also very slow. The company was big - which meant it was strong and reliable, but very slow to react so could not compete in traditional markets.
