Pros
Very clever staff that are very friendly and welcoming. The best thing about the business is the clever consultants and technical staff that work there, unfortunately they don't stay very long.
Cons
Very poor management that don't listen to staff delivering work. Over the last two years there have been a lot of internal changes and pushing acquired companies together. In doing this management have made it harder for all areas of the business to successfully and efficiently deliver work.
