It's a great place to work if you're looking for a place where it's a very diverse environment. The benefits an pay are very generous

High turn-over in the General Manager position. Leadership doesn't LEAD as a time and there's an "old school boy" regime there where they feel they're irreplaceable. Corporate initiatives aren't taken seriously.
