      People are Friendly They emphasize a safe and accepting work culture Flexibility is up to the individual managers

      Cons

      Very contract oriented, can make for surprises. You can feel the desire keep costs low. Pay is good, but no real "extras" like free coffee Can feel very isolated as there isn't much interaction between people on different teams.
