Remnants of an exceptional culture are still there. Great office to work from. Work can still be highly engaging in some parts of the business.

Business is in transition from legacy revenue sources and is now trying to create new ones. This is exciting in some ways but also creates disruption for core teams, and the leadership is probably too stale to deliver on the ambition.
