Pros

Hours can be flexible because they have no staffing and are willing to work with you.

Cons

They are so cheap, low wages, keep hiring and making positions for administration when staffing is really hurting. You will often if not always work at bare minimum completing the work of 2/3 staff with no pay differential. They really bleed you dry here. Revolving door of employees and managers. Not much longevity in the residential sector. They are non appreciative of staff even though they say they are. In this economy words don’t pay the bills. You will wear many hats at this job. You will be required to do a lot of work. You will get mandated to stay past your time and you will get pulled to other houses you do not want to work at. When you get paid more at a coffee shop than taking care of human lives, that says something about the company. I Hope Bamsi steps up for their residential employees (ALL) The moral is also very low here. Most staff complain and joke about the CEO not careful about anything but his podcasts and emails. Very disconnected from his residential employees.
