Pros
Good benefits! Fully employer paid (employee-only) healthcare at Kaiser with no deductible. Employer contributes 6% of salary regardless of employee contribution to 403b. Work itself isn't too challenging.
Cons
Very low PTO, starting 11 days/yr, with very minimal increase after 4 year increments. Company culture is weirdly fake friendly and feels like everyone is drinking the cool-aid. Management is very hit or miss. Very few opportunities for advancement. Really big caseloads!
