      Pros

      Great environment for fresh graduates to absorb the inner workings of the industry. They practice open communication within the organization. Team spirit is very much an emphasis and members actively collaborate and support one another

      Cons

      Training opportunities are scarce, you really need to fight for it. Emphasis on proper standardization is not fully there. Not much opportunity for growth once you've passed the 2 years mark as a fresh graduate.

      Pros

      Management is not involved in the day to day care.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to care much about the well being of their client. They had asked me on a couple of occasions to do things that were morally and/or legally questionable.
