A British company with British culture. Family oriented and caring. Presence in over 180 countries. Headquartered in London. Best in class in Trade Marketing & Distribution
Cons
Extremely hierarchical due to a layered structure. Very bureaucratic. Process driven. Despite being a consumer good company, Marketing is subservient to all other support functions like Supply Chain (especially Procurement), Legal and CORA. Very slow career progress. Despite being a global company, has very few global brands.
