Pros

-Friendly colleagues -A big number of benefits -Fast and reliable support from HR/IT

Cons

-The management (Managers and TL's) Some of the managers were the worse nightmare you could ever have, they were micromanaging everything in the team, reinforcing on matters that we were aware of and some were out of our area of processing, no ideea on the processing side, even when we knew how the flow works, we were still advised to "Try their solution first" - which was 99% of the times ineffective and was just creating more workload than the simple methods we have used before, no team skills meaning that the discrepancies between the managed teams was huge, they clearly had their favourites created based on how obedient to what they say they are, once you have a different opinion or ideea, things change. Also, they don't let TL's do their job, as if they are the Teamleaders, also, It's a gamble, you can either get into a team with a competent, skillfull and lovely TL and Manager which is also people inclined, know how to do their job and they know the process, or you get into a team with a controlling manager with 0 people skills and a conservative mindset.

Pros

Very strong compensation package, lots of very nice genuine people on the Reynolds US side

Cons

Toxic, politically charged environment, cliques of people each trying to place their own people in roles. A singular mis-trust and dislike of "outside" people who are brought in to move the company forward but the existing people who have worked there for years and years are all trying to protect and sustain their own roles and their own cliques. All show and pretty presentations but no meaningful, meaty strategy
