      Pros

      Having worked there as a student I didn’t have the chance to enjoy any benefits. The coworkers are nice and kind, the environment is pleasant and one gets to learn many things.

      Pros

      Schönes Gebäude mitten in Berlin, flexible Arbeitszeiten, gewisse Gestaltungsfreiheit im Arbeitsablauf. Nicht wesentlich schlechter als andere öffentliche Forschungsinstitutionen.

      Cons

      Biedere Hierarchien, starres Verständnis von Arbeitsverhältnissen, antiquiertes oder kaum existierendes Management, haarsträubende Dienstwege, ewiges Gezerre durch strukturelle Unterfinanzierung.
