Pros
-Global customer base - can get to understand customers in different markets. -Diverse range of products and services -Spend some time at BBI to know what a bad employer looks like - you will then be less disappointed with your future employers!
Cons
-Impossible to meet targets -20% voluntary staff turnover says it all, with redundancies on top of that. Last one to leave turn out the lights -In general staff are treated like an expendable commodity. Well, everyone is dispensible, but people like to be treated as if they're not. -EBITDA is all that matters. Company is 100% disconnected from its vision for customers (improving quality of life).
