      Pros

      Average recruiting process, above-average questions and interview follow-ups. An above-average attempt with a "buddy-connection/shadowing" program for new hires. Very friendly environment with excellent team support and guidance. Respect for all.

      Cons

      Very poor IT assistance for new hires (although the help desk has been super patient)! Too much online training and tests while being expected to keep up with daily workloads. No one knew how to use the phones, and many still not used to the several systems needed to complete client updates, billings, projects due or underway.

      Pros

      No pros at all but it’s better than being unemployed and living in mommy’s basement.

      Cons

      Everything about this organization is awful. They will treat you like a turnip and squeeze every last bit of blood from you. No pay raises ever, so if some snot-nosed kid gets hired a year or two after you, you’ll be stuck at the same salary while they get another 10K more than you.
