Pros

Decent pay - enough to survive, not enough to thrive good benefits beautiful offices underground parking

Cons

No opportunity for growth. Dead end job. Strong division between MoveUp Union employees, USW employees and excluded employees. Very much a clique social structure. If you're part of the popular kids group, you're golden. If you've matured beyond junior high school, you probably won't fit it. God help you. If you smoke, you will fit in. You will huddle outside in the beautiful inner garden and gossip - probably negatively about all your colleagues because you will be huddling with others who have minimal emotional intelligence and at some point in their lives, they felt belittled, or small - therefore, belittling others is an endorphin producing moment and yay for the chance to do that. Good chance you will work under the supervision of someone with a high school education -seniority and social network ties are more important than education and skill set. Constant employee turnover -This is not a happy place to be.
