      I really enjoyed working as a stylist, they give you free range to build your clientele.

      Cons

      Because you have to meet a particular sales goal, a number of wonderful managers were let go because they were selfless and let their sales associates close the sales.

      Pros

      They will train you in sales if needed.

      Cons

      They track how many people enter the store and bases your personal sales goal on that data which isn’t accurate. So you’d get stuck with a high sales goal at a slow time.
