Pros

People are normally nice and friendly

Cons

Company used to be very customer focused. Things changed drastically with lockdown (COVID) and they now want quantity over quality team leaders watching too closely, micro- managing some. It used to be age and experience were valued, now if you're young and fast that's all that matters, call quality be damned. It was a great place to work, pre COVID. They have a mental health team who don't help you and POD (HR) don't communicate.
