Pros

Because it was a new internship program everything they had me do was like an experiment for both parties. I learned a lot about Excel and the process of data mining during my time with BCM One. Management was always friendly and helpful; I even noticed them trying to use some of my lingo. Overall a super positive experience and I highly recommend it.

Cons

Sometimes instructions could be extremely vague but it allowed me to find the direction the data was taking me and tell a narrative.

Pros

This company can become great. They seem to be moving up inthe VOIP game.

Cons

Poor management. They need to replace all of the Management on the ecomm side as they have no game plan in play to onboard new team members. They will not provide correct training and expect that you will know how to work across all platform.
