I have been with my team for around three months. The initial training was great and gave me a solid start to be able to join my team with the knowledge required to do my job with confidence. I received a very warm welcome from my colleagues and the ongoing training and support offered by my team and managers has been specific to my role and has been really helpful. There is a great focus on staff wellbeing and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved with company events and the support of the company's chosen charities

It would be great to have more opportunities to learn more about the work done by the different teams across the company to gain a better understanding.

The team I have come into are very welcoming and I have felt included in the dynamic straight away. I have come from company's before that see you as a means to and end with no appreciation, but I do not feel that here.

The systems are very temperamental which can make day to day tasks challenging.
