Uppr management are completely untrustworthy. They don't appreciate the time and effort that the minions (their words) do for them. Expected overtime is far beyond reasonable. Just don't apply if you value any kind of family life. Once I did over 100hrs of overtime (the team doing similar) in one month only to be told I wasn't doing enough or meeting their expectations. It's a shame as they have the capability to create such an awesome working environment, but the greed will destroy your motivation and love for the industry.
