Pros
Great opportunities for someone starting out in IT as well as seasoned professionals. Company is growing fast and opportunity for advancement is there for the right people. Management is fair and will go the extra mile to assist in your development. I've seen people that were struggling and maybe should of been let go, be moved into a different area and be given a second chance to succeed. I've worked here 6 years and I did experiance some growing pains early on, some of the negitive reviews i read from years ago are not necessary wrong for the time, a little over the top maybe, but I can tell you they do not apply today. BCS has come a long way to be who they are today, I would recommend if your looking for work in IT to consider us, don't pay too much attention to the older reviews as they are not accurate description of the current work environment.
Cons
In all honesty, I cannot think of any Cons at this time. You might think I'm the owner or something but i'm just another team member who worked his way up the ladder.
