Starting layoff due to the business downsize
Unfair layoff(some rubbish ppl still here
Some of the supervisor like micromanaging and judge something small, but not all supervisors
Still a bit tradition (eg: determine someone by ot hours)

1. technology is very old
2. horrible management on development and testing, the method is not scientific and followed non of existing IT industry standard
3. minimal mentorship as senior are very busy
4. low salary
5. Need to stay for a while after working hour
6. lunch hour too short
