Pros
BCV is a very fast paced company and there is a lot of opportunities to grow and work in an exciting industry. If your someone who wants to grow in a career in social media it is the place to be. There are a lot of opportunities to grow with the industry, be creative, and opportunities to lead that can be harder to do at larger companies. The people here that work across both the different teams and departments are incredibly smart and talented and the content is innovative and fun. When it comes to benefits BCV offers great insurance plans, flexible PTO, work from home days (limited but can take as needed!) + work from home over the Dec/Jan holiday season, a day off on your birthday and a lot of great other perks!
Cons
Workload can be heavy and demanding at times and important for new people coming in to expect that. Additionally, must be someone who enjoys a changing and fast-paced environment + working across a lot of different clients and brands.
