Pros

A good place to kick start your career. .

Cons

At first, you think the senior management and employee got your back - but then you realize it’s all fallacy! They claim to implement CORE values but zero regards and respect for one another. There is a disconnect between Junior management and Senior management - where senior mgmt act like they are king. Favoritism - someone getting promoted from Manager - Senior Manager - Director within 2 years while others are on the same spot for years. The CEO from afar comes across as a very good and kind hearted man...but he is nothing but a Chess Master. .Crude Chess Master who thinks every one is a pawn and he can twist and turn them as he please. He often acts like your opinion matters but at the end of the day, his decision supersedes. Infact, he knows the outcome of a meeting before it starts. He needs to stop seeing himself as a god that knows all things. He claims to have everything under control but alas, no one ever does. Lack of diversity - everyone within the firm is from one place. It is totally absurd! The ceo claims he wants diversity but then they go to a particular place to bring in people for cheap. .What do you get when you bring in people for cheap? Low quality work. The firm needs to learn how to invest in people. The salary is far from being competitive. . I am not planning to leave yet but I’ve seen how they make employees enemies the moment you tell them you want to leave the firm.

Pros

Consultants were not overworked, and people are generally staying in their own lane. Strong knowlegeable teammates and lots of internal resources to grow. Work life balance was good.

Cons

I left during a time of transition, since the top practice director retired and the EBA leader took over as interim leader. This interim guy seemed to be waiting for something to take any action with current resources, and he was not too interested in rallying or figuring things out as a team. If he had expectations, they were never communicated to me. The lack of clarity was very challenging for me personally, and it came off as a lack of support. I think others in the team probably feel similarly.
