- would give zero stars if I could - Tied to a bond on the basis that they have trained you, but honestly the lack of training is so bad, you will have to fend for yourself. Even managers and above do not have any idea what they are doing - Beware of the micromanaging of employees, they will want to monitor every single thing you do. - No thoughts for your health at all, made to come back to office even when there are rising covid cases - Expect to work 24/7 as well, the lack of response from you, will make you be looked upon as a black sheep. - Significantly Lower pay than big 4. - Although the work life balance is slightly better than big 4, please do not torture yourself by joining BDO Singapore.
