- very positive and good working environment to work with. - is a family, privately owned company, so all the decision making or discussion is very fast.
Cons
- standardization on certain policy (eg: HR policy, benefit package) is a challenge in this company - no integration on the system which sometimes really challenge to the staff on reporting, or accuracy of the information.
