      Big fishes in a small pond with zero business experience outside of their bubble. Pay is low. Management is subpar. Actual training is non existent.

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
