      Pros

      Very flexible hours for part time positions, work more, work less it's up to you. Lots of optional OT work for Full time positions.

      Cons

      inconsistency of part time field workers some are work hard and do their full job other work hard but skip steps or miss details other are just lazy.

      - work from home flexibility

      Cons

      - Company culture, it was great initially. You could tell the leadership team really cared about their employees and sadly once leadership changed, things were never the same - minimal opportunities for growth in management roles - Pay is lower than competitors in the same field - Commission requirements were never clear and always changing making it difficult to attain
