      1. No sales pressure 2. Good working ambience 3. Great freedom to work 4. Place to retire if you can tolerate few things

      Cons

      1. Limited growth - no responsibility change 2. Strong chamcha to Manager required to be in good books 3. Mirco management - more personal life pointing by immediate supervisor 4. Lot of behind talks which will disturb personal image
