This should theoretically be an amazing time to be working here. But if you have worked hard, develop yourself and your skills in other organizations and joined because of the organization purpose, you’ll be disappointed to see your job outsourced to external consultants who do everything for you while leadership keeps you in their back pocket instead of actually managing their teams to deliver. We have consistently squandered our members’ money on consultants while we HAVE ALL THE SKILLS AND TALENT in house, already on payroll.
If you want to further your skills development and career by working hard and learning new stuff, stay away. You are just a number to justify leadership’s senior titles, while other people do all the work.
