Pros
Friendly people, nice and quiet location
Cons
This is a very small company with a niche market to work on. I worked in the IT dept. Underpaid, Overworked, one person has to don multiple hats. You work more than 40 hours a week, clients are not in any way tech savvy. You have to input timesheet every Friday for all the work you did, so you would have to maintain some excelsheet to keep track. Fellow team mates dont co-operate or help you out if you get stuck, so there is no team work. You have to fix and develop huge application modules in very short period of time. They use very old outdated .NET framework when i was there and use the same code base for different clients. May have changed now. Who knows. If you are new and joined recently, they act very friendly, but expect you to learn the stuff and huge applications and fix stuff in a very short period.
Upper management is ruthlessly brutal and will expect very high quality work from you in very less time with very less resources.
They even work on public holidays and Christmas. I worked on almost every weekend. No work life balance and work from home is not allowed.
