Well, it is fast paced. Must wear different hats if needed. There is a lot of opportunity, if motivated and you love the world of A&D Trade Sales.

Absolutely none unfortunately, no room to progress your career.

Every one star review you see below is accurate. I can’t imagine anyone that has actually worked here would leave a 5 star review. I witnessed a toxic environment created by the owner. He will scream at you and everyone else that work there. As others have mentioned, it is an abusive environment with no benefits. You will not get paid for any time off. Your regular pay gets cut down too. You are not allowed to be sick. All the employees have either quit, are trying to quit, or are getting fired. He speaks ill of everyone, even his clients. Respect yourself and mental health and find a different job
