Pros
Beonx is a company where there is a very good working atmosphere and a lot of communication between departments, so that teamwork ends up being much more productive and everyone at an individual level has a global vision of all the projects in which the company is involved. Additionally, it is a company that takes great care of its employees on a personal and professional level: always paying attention to the growth opportunities they can provide to their employees and trying to improve how they feel in their position and work environment.
Cons
Since most of BEONx employees work from home, a disadvantage of this situation is that colleagues do not spend much time toogether. Sometimes, this can make connections harder to reach. However, BEONx tries to compensate this situation through Team Building Parties where we all get to know each other better.
