Pros
Parking is great! There are multiple exits so you can escape from several places. The office is located directly across the street from a psychiatric office so you won't have far to walk to ask a trained professionals,"WHAT IS HIS PROBLEM???? WHAT DRUGS CAN YOU PRESCRIBE TO KEEP ME FROM JUMPING OUT A WINDOW AT THIS JOB????"
Cons
Leaving half a day early one day each week does not provide enough relief from the pure torment you sustained that week. It won't result in you forgetting that you or a coworker was likely cursed out, insulted, belittled, wrongly accused of something, caught the buck that got passed, interrupted and not allowed to defend yourself, forced to do something you felt was unethical, watched a hard working employee get fired, watched a drunk and a junky get a raise, and listen to every other employee tell you their horror stories of dealing with the owner. The majority owner is a good businessman and a smart guy, but the minority owner runs over him like a freight train. His most recent fake post praises the company's one hour lunch policy (which is completely innovative and unheard of...?), claims it's a "great learning experience" and makes silly complaints about parking so it will actually sound like an employee wrote it. No employee in the history of employment has ever used the phrase "great learning experience" to describe a job. No one at that place ever complains about parking. That issue falls about #427 on the things to complain about, right behind wall color and brand of toilet paper. Bolton's efforts to minimize the effect Glassdoor has on potential investors is almost as sad as his highwater pants and wingtip shoes.
