      - Good salary (relative) - Great pension scheme - Excellent in field trainers

      Cons

      - Expect to drive 25k miles + per year in your own car. mileage rate doesn’t cover fuel. - Central planing is an abomination. results in the above. - Unhappy clients due to the above. - Unrealistic set travel times, particularly in city centres. results in either rushed inspections or working late.

      Nice offices Great people Excellent perks and benefits

      Cons

      Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
