Cons
1. No timely salary credit
2. The company never pays performance-based incentives.
3. Toxic work environment.
4. Unnecessary chaos in terms of achieving laid out targets on time.
5. The MD changes rules of employee engagement on his will and no one can question on the same (I.e., extended working hours, no leave policy, unexpected client and colleague calls on weekly offs)
