      This is a review for another company, not BHC Civil Engineering and Surveying. We do offer medical benefits to all full time employees. Part time employees have 401k plan access with a company match.

      BHC highly values its employees and invest heavily in their growth and development.

      Cons

      BHC is focused in the Kanas City and Wichita, KS markets. I think the company would be better off if they explored new and larger geographies.
