      Pros

      Competitive pay. It was a union shop so everything was according to seniority. Things just seemed to work like you would imagine in a union shop; nice working conditions, and good pay scale.

      Cons

      It has all the downsides that come with working in a union shop; everything was decided by seniority and not by what was actually the best idea.
