Pros
Flexible work, high salary, smart people. Great place if you like the mining industry and are happy just doing your job without asking too many questions.
Cons
Poor culture at leadership level - those that hide reality, promise unrealistic results, point blame are promoted, anyone who tries to speak up is stonewalled. This starts at the top and filters down. A lot of roles bogged down in creating narratives rather than creating impact.
