Long hours, poor pay, inconsistent pay rises, stupid sales tagets based on random bought in products selection boxesand not core clothing/ home products; seems the company has lost any sense of direction save closing stores to make payments to keep the remianing parts of the company going for the time being. If you have talent and are willing to progress your career then look else where this is a company that will feed you a lie, and then ruin your talent for its own gain. when it all shuts shop and the directors have their dividend don't say you were not warned.
