Zero support from HR or your leadership. Your Associate Directors will not let you hold staff members accountable for IF the staff member decides to work that day or not; or even if you can get in touch with your associate director for months at a time. But, if you're sick one day and dont go in to work despite having a work excuse from a physician, then you're out.
