Pros

BI Inc. offers a learning-rich environment where employees have ample opportunity to gain new knowledge and enhance their skills. This aspect of the company is truly commendable, providing a foundation for personal and professional growth. Additionally, the colleagues here are nothing short of amazing, bringing together a vibrant community of professionals who are supportive and collaborative.

Cons

However, it's important to note that recent business decisions have led to a significant number of these valuable team members choosing to leave the company, which raises concerns about the long-term atmosphere and culture. A critical area of concern is the disconnect between upper management and the workforce. This gap in understanding and communication significantly affects morale and the overall direction of the company. Furthermore, the handling of the Return-to-Office (RTO) mandate particularly highlighted this issue, revealing a lack of care for employees' needs and concerns. This approach not only strained the employee-management relationship but also raised questions about the company’s commitment to its workforce's well-being. The benefits package offered by BI Inc. is another area where the company falls short. In today's competitive market, the lack of comprehensive benefits is a noticeable drawback, making it harder for the company to attract and retain top talent. Moreover, there seems to be a reluctance from the company to make efforts to retain its employees, indicating a short-sighted approach to talent management and organizational growth.

Cons

Director Janet Marshall watches employees on the camera 24/7 - extreme control over employee activity - expected to be on a call 24/7 - absolutely no room for growth. Cohersive control, and false promises from the president Henry - Bigger focus on getting calls out of queue as opposed to helping the Individuals on a deeper level - bed bugs, roaches, and flooding in the building. Made us work out of a hotel for two months and then it flooded a second time.
