Pros
I learned a lot with this company. They did have some great employees that supported me. Considered an Old Boys Club, this description is quite true though I can see some small amounts of visible diversity growth
Cons
Toxic work environment, (i.e. insulted, deemed, humiliated, passive aggressive behavior, spoken down too, office drama, poor attitudes, poor/conflicting communication, vengeful senior management, etc.). This behavior is felt throughout the organization with little respect for the needs of employees, and through my own personal experience, all complaints are either dismissed or ignored. Training was poor, trail and error approach with differential/conflicting guidance and information from superiors. Little downward communication of pertinent information to employees; when information is given it is minimal, disorganized, frequently fails, and is short notice.
