      Decent money busy restaurant with steady crowds

      Cons

      Poor management, very poor leadership skills and favoritism towards workers that been there longer, not fair seating rotations even based on hard work

      Fast paced work environment with a team mentality. Extensive training in both FOH and BOH training. Applicant tracking was helpful on the overall hiring process.

      Cons

      Long but expected hours. Getting whole team up to the company standards can be challenging.
