Pros

allows some flexibility with scheduling your day within the confines of the business hours.

Cons

Sometimes the workload is heavy, there can be some micromanaging. Also, you can be faulted for clients missing appointments if you can't make up for your billable time.

Pros

Lots of opportunities for overtime. Shift variable pay. Variety of apps and systems to learn.

Cons

Outsourced most of IT then tried to hire them back when they realized it wasn't working out. Overworked and lack of training. Surprisingly poor health insurance for a healthcare system.
